Raheem Sterling returns for Liverpool training
After failing to seal a move away from Anfield, Raheem Sterling has been back in Liverpool training. The winger is still expected to leave the club, having told them he will not sign a new contract at the end of last season.Manchester City are favorites to land his signature, after already having two bids rejected by the Reds hierarchy.
Real Madrid and other top clubs around Europe have also been linked with a move, although only City have so far made an official approach.Despite splashing the cash already this summer, Liverpool are still reluctant to budge on their £50million asking price for the England speedster.
The Reds have 6-7 players so far, namely James Milner, Danny Ings, Adam Bogdan, Joe Gomez, Roberto Firmino and Nathaniel Clyne. Clyne was also pictured at Melwood, as he got to know his new team-mates for the first time.
